FAQ

Q: I'm able to 'tap' and receive the red 'copied' bar above the emoji. However when I paste it, I get whatever I copied previously (text).
A: Please go to SETUP in the app, and follow steps 8 and 9. Even if "Allow Full Access" in the Settings is currently on, you may need to toggle this switch off and on again just in case.

Q: Why can’t I paste them? I’m trying them into Instagram(or Facebook).
A: Instagram or Facebook’s comments allows ONLY text or system default emojis. They don’t allow custom emojis.

Q: Just downloaded it, but the “Allow Full Access” warning says you can take my credit card info and anything I've ever typed. Does this app take my credit card info?
A: No, don’t worry. It is a default warning from Apple for all keyboard extension apps. However, this app is an image based keyboard extension, and it doesn’t have any number or character keys. Technically it is impossible to use this app when you input your sensitive information like a credit card number.

Q: Why do I have to copy and paste to use these emojis?
A: Since iOS doesn’t allow us to put an image on the text field, it is impossible to add it directly from the Little D + Tiny E keyboard. We will update our app when iOS changes their policy.

BUG FIX

Version 4 has an issue on restoring your purchases, and we fixed the issue. Please update your app to the latest version and restore your purchases if you don't see your purchases. The restore button () is at the top of the "MORE EMOJIS" page on the app.
